Kyle Sidor The jacket is comfortable, and the sizing seems to be true.The heating element works well.If you leave the battery back plugged in, my jacket will randomly turn on.If you leave the battery back plugged in, you may have to unplug it, and plug it back in to be able to get the jacket to turn on.Basically, unplug the battery when no in use.The outer material collects lint, fur, and dust like a magnet.The fit is spot on.The hood is a nice size. The first time I have owned a hooded anything that feels like hood size actually scaled up with the product size.With the heat off, this night be too light for a northern winter jacket. With an extra layer under the jacket, and even at low heat, it is a warm winter jacket.

Keri I’m really impressed with how quickly this jacket heats up. The battery gives plenty of run time, and I can feel the warmth even in really cold conditions. The controls are easy to use, and the jacket itself is comfortable and looks good. Great investment if you spend time outdoors in cold weather.

Jeffery A Callahan Great lightweight jacket. Packaged very nicely. I had to return only because I need a different size but I have already ordered the replacement. The battery is only 18500 mha but it works perfectly. I just added a second battery pack as I work a 12 hour overnight shift. The replacement they send is a perfect fit. Can’t wait to try it out.

Corey M Great jacket!!! I got this for my dad as a christmas gift and he loves it! The outer shell is super nice and sturdy and the inside is so soft and warm. The heater also works great and makes the inside of the jacket nice and warm but not hot to where it’de uncomfortable. The jacket weight was really nice and not overly heavy but not cheap or lightweight. The inner lining of the jacket and sleeves are the same super soft plush material that’s comfortable. The power button was also on the inside which was convenient as others have the button on the outside which can be annoying visually. Overall super happy and would recommend! My sister even went and bought herself one after seeing my dads!

Kimberly King Watson Excellent coat, well constructed with heavy duty zipper. Deep pockets and a good choice even without the heater on. Turn that on and you are set! Husband tried to steal it on the first really frigid day! Get ready to buy it again as it will be a popular item among family members!

Raven Updated review I ordered xl before item was overnight there was a wire connection from the back going under the armpit around the shoulder making it hard to lift the left arm without the wire tugging on your shoulder item was returned. The new item did not have the same issue fits well was purchased for a possible snow storm fabric is great quality

I wanted something that kept him warm, but also looked a little dressy. This hit on all levels! The others I looked at would not work due to the more “ rugged” look. This one not only heats well, but can be worn for any occasion!

Garrett Purchased in black. Looks great! Like the style. Heats quick and the XL size fits great over a XL sweatshirt. Battery on high lasts 4 hours, a bit longer on medium. Had to purchase a 2nd battery.

Brandi Davis UpdatedMy husband really likes the heated function but a snap broke literally the first day of use. The fabric is very soft but the quality is obviously very poor for the price tag. Poor durability. Updated after using this jacket for less than a week, it has two holes. The material is very poor quality durability wise.After this review I was contacted by the seller and provided a replacement jacket, so even though the jackets durability is not great the customer service is excellent. I do not recommend this as a work jacket for anyone doing manual labor, but it looks like a work jacket and wears like a nice jacket. The customer service of the seller is where the stars are here.

Craft I bought the Wulcea Graphene Heated Jacket for Men as a birthday gift for my brother since he works outside in cold weather. Unfortunately, the first jacket we received would not turn on. However, I want to highlight how positive the experience was with the seller afterward.After contacting the seller, they were very easy to work with and quickly offered either a refund or a replacement. We chose a replacement, and it arrived within a reasonable amount of time.The second jacket worked perfectly and has been a huge help. It heats up well and keeps him warm during cold winter days, even when he’s outside for long periods. My brother has been very happy with it since receiving the replacement.Overall, despite the initial issue, the excellent customer service and the performance of the replacement jacket make this a product I would still recommend.

JOANNE I bought my coat just a little oversized on purpose to accommodate a sweater if need be. No hot spots and being able to choose how much heat is a plus.
