Great warming jacket, have had no issues.

I bought this for my wife, because there is no many option for long jacket on the market. This one have perfect size for her, and is really warm and comfortable. She loved even before I mention a heated option. I was able to surprise her with perfect gift. I think prize for this product is really good. Quality, design of product is high, and 3 option of heat ....love at first sight.

I bought this for my wife, since we live in Minnesota and she loves it when it is really cold. Battery can last for a long time and also nice if you need to charge your phone you can do that also.

Daughter loved it,kept her warm. She had pneumonia and lost a lot of weight. She needed this coat to stay warm. It was bigger then expected but she layered up. It is lightweight,zipper was long and it never jammed. The battles lasted a decent amount of time depending on the temperature setting.

Great jacket for cold weather. I ordered it for my wife and immediately she used it during a very cold walk at the zoo to look at Christmas lights. The inside of the pockets are near the heaters so the pockets stay nice and warm for your hands. I was also impressed because if the length you can zip up from the bottom to give more leg room to walk. Great product over all.

Had an issue with the battery pack but customer service was so quick to remedy it.

Being a cold person is really hard to find a jacket that really works without layering too much. It is nice to have that heat control. It is a modern style and good quality. Even though is long, it's not too heavy. The battery life its great. I will definitely recommend it.

Overall a great cold weather coat with one flaw The zipper is very difficult to use when the coat is being put on . The design of the zipper needs perfect alignment to zip up which is very difficult to do bending over backwards.

This coat was warm with and without the battery on! The charge lasted at least five to six hours at medium and it was quite cozy with temps at 0 to -10° and a couple of times while snowing at those temps. The zipper also works from the bottom up which allowed for better mobility.

I have to start out by saying that I am always cold!! This jacket is amazing. It is affordable and great quality. It keeps me warm and comfortable, which is unusual for me. The heating areas are in just the right spots. I do highly suggest to follow the sizing chart to ensure you get the right fit for you. I also think the jacket is attractive and I like that the power switch is hidden. Get it!!

I wore this coat while going door to door canvassing. It was 30°, “feels like” temperature of 28°. I had it turned to the lowest setting and I got too hot, which is awesome. After about 1.5 hours, the battery was at 71% battery power left.It has three pockets, two outside with snaps and one interior that zips, as well as the pocket for the battery. It has fitted, stretchy cuffs but no thumb holes.I’m 5’2” and it hits just above my ankles. With the double zipper, I have no problem with movement. There is no front zipper cover so wind does enter a bit.I was wearing a hat so I took off the hood.

Why did I wait till I was 30 to get myself a quality winter coat?!?! This is more than quality, it's amazing. I live in New England and its been negative temps and we have lots of a snow and a puppy that needs walking. Not to be dramatic but this jacket saved me this winter. Also, its so cute and the fur is not that cheap fur you have to try to fluff out either!!!

Very warm even without the heating element turned on!

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. She LOVES it! We have had an exceptionally harsh, cold winter with below-freezing temperatures, snow, and ice. She has used this coat to walk her dog and clear the snow. She stayed warm and comfy with the jacket just on medium (sometimes on low). Even with the battery off, the coat is warm and helps stop the wind. I would highly recommend this jacket.

I love this coat with or without heat. I bought it as I work outdoors and am out late at night.It is not a heavy coat but kept me warm even down to 35° without needing to use the heat. Heat comes on quick & is toasty.The 2-way zipper works perfectly and is great for raising up for walking. The hood zips up high and has an added double snap.

I live rhus coat ,it keeps me warm during these cold and bitter months,definitely worth it ,made good and durable

I love this jacket. Warm even when warmers are not on. Purchased to wear to Pigeon Forge, TN for an outdoor New Years event on top of a mountain. Was Excellent! Stayed warm from 6pm until 2am on medium setting. Everyone around me was freezing. Highly recommended. Zipper is unique in that you can zip from top and bottom at the same time. That is helpful if you need exta room around knees when sitting. Mine was snug in the hips but I could still sit comfortably.

I have been in education in the panhandle of Texas for 34 years. That means lots of morning door duty, recess duty and bus duty. This coat is a game changer!!! So amazing! I can’t believe I did duty without it for this long. Such a heavy warm coat. The quality is amazing as well. You can feel the quality.

I bought this heated jacket for my birthday trip to New York. It was worth every penny!!! We did a lot of walking and taking subways and i stayed nice and comfortable the entire trip! No regrets whatsoever on this purchase!!! Now my daughter uses it for cold days at recess on colder days!

Heats nicely. Excellent packaging. Took off 1 start because it looks like I have a tumor where the battery is. Maybe if you size up it wouldn’t do that??
