Women's Cropped Puffer 6-Zone Graphene Heated Jacket

This heats up quick! In less than 5 mins, I'm nice and toasty. There are 3 heat settings to pick from. The power button is on the inside of the coat, along with the battery pack. Battery life is pretty strong, a couple hours on high. The coat is warm and toasty, even without the heat turned on! I love that it's not a stuff coat, makes moving around easy. 10/10!

I am beyond happy with this heated jacket. It arrived in a very nice box, well packaged. The jacket itself is beautiful, fits true to size and feels heavy and wind proof. It is lined inside so it is a bit puffy but still looks great on. The power bank came charged and I tried it on immediately. There is a zipped pocket inside just for the power bank. It heat up fast and you can control how hot you need it to be. There are two pockets on the outside and another zipped pocket on the inside, which I absolutely love. It feels good and cozy on. I live in Florida, but we visit family up north for the Holidays and I am always freezing. This jacket is exactly what I needed and the quality is amazing. The price point is very good for such an amazing product. I hope it lasts. I highly recommend this heated jacket, I would give it 10 stars if I could.

This jacket looks so warm, and I bought it for my mom for the winter. She always feels cold and dreads the colder months, so I’m really hoping this jacket will keep her nice and toasty. It comes with a battery pack and charger, which is super convenient. I’ve always wanted to get her a heated jacket, and this one seems like a great choice. I’ll post an update once she wears it during winter!
So far, it looks well-made and I’m excited to see how it holds up. The fit looks great, and the heating feature should make a big difference for her. She’s already looking forward to using it, and I’m sure it will help her stay comfortable. We’ll see how it goes when the colder days arrive!

Worked good

Originally I bought this and the zipper broke within 2 months, shower, after writing a review the company sent me a new jacket. Great customer service.

The jacket itself is great. I was disappointed however that this was an obvious returned jacket and dirty.

***Update -- While I was disappointed with the battery life, this company had really great customer service and shipped me an additional battery so I can swap out. Thanks so much!***Disappointed in the battery life for this. We have soccer tournaments and was hoping it would last all day. It lasts no more than 2 1/2 hours on high. Such a bummer. Also, the zipper for the battery pouch already broke. I just got this for Christmas and I’ve used it only 4 times.

Fits true to size. Inside material is soft and warm, even without heating element on. Heats up evenly, charge lasts a long while.

This was a Christmas gift and my daughter loved it she wanted to wear in her work place be cause it is cold and she says it really keeps her warm now .she really loves it would buy again.

Love this jacket, so warm.

I bought this when my heat went out in my vehicle. It has kept me warm on days where the temp was 11°. And even being outside I have been able to stay warm during bitterly cold days. Heats up VERY fast. There’s three heat settings, and if you’re inside when you turn it on you’ll start sweating before you know it lol. The battery last well too. With an hour drive on high, the battery only goes down about 20ish percent. True to size. And even with the battery in, it’s not a “heavy” coat but definitely a heavy duty warm coat.

First one did not work at all, returned and received a new one. Customer service was superior and all of my concerns were promptly addressed. I appreciate a company who takes concerns seriously and does right by the customer.

This jacket is amazing! It’s so comfortable even without the heat on but that option just makes it even that much more enjoyable. Large pockets, a great fitted hood and it’s true to size.

This is my 2nd heated jacket, and it's my favorite! Its perfect for vacation in colder climates or just in winter. It heats quickly. I bought a backup battery, but the battery that comes with it lasts a long time. Great quality. Nice waterproof fabric with a lined hood. Sizing is true...I bought a L just like all of my clothes and it's perfect. Would love one in different colors.

Great durable and warm jacket

This is a game charger! So warm! The jacket fits well and is cute. The hood is warm and fits nice when you zip it all the way up. I would buy again. The charge last decently long too. Easy to recharge and connect back to the jacket.

Top-notch customer service! Their products fit true to size and are well-made, but the main reason I am writing this review is because of how this company stands behind their products. I ordered this Genovega heated jacket for my daughter's birthday after she fell in love with the one I ordered for myself in a different style. She wore it for a couple of months last January and February, then hung it in the closet until this winter. When she plugged it in, the jacket wasn't heating even though the battery showed 100%, so she ordered another battery. The new battery still didn't help the jacket to heat up. I messaged Amazon who got me in touch with the company's customer service. I asked what else we might try to make the jacket heat again since is was only worn a couple of months. Customer service apologized and told me to reorder, and they would credit me for the coat that wasn't working. WOW! These days, this kind of professionalism and company backing their products are few and far between. I appreciate that this company stands behind their products. I am also extremely pleased with this replacement purchase and my jacket that I purchased for myself. I would not hesitate to order from this company!

Bought this for my girlfriend. She’s obsessed with how warm and “cozy” it is. Wears it daily , the battery lasts and it’s a comfortable fit. Definitely worth the money.
