Angel Esrael Fits well but my battery doesn’t work right. I have to plug it in and unplug to turn it on and off and can’t adjust the temp or it just shuts off. I probably should’ve returned it but I didn’t want to wait for a new one because outdoor recess is cold. My mom got one too and hers seems to work correctly.

The product is beautiful and the price is fantastic! My new favorite coat! I wore this for election day in Illinois to help my friends in 27 degree weather. It stayed warm and looks great! It is comfortable, fits perfectly and seems like quality material. I recommend purchasing an additional battery if you're outside for more than 6 hours at a time.

ANM I received this jacket as a gift, and the battery didn’t turn the heating elements on. I emailed customer service to see about getting a replacement battery, and they sent me an entire new jacket! The new battery works great and the jacket is super warm.

Paige I don’t know why I didn’t buy this sooner! If you’re wearing to a sporting event, check that they’ll let you bring a battery pack in first. But if they do- it’s a GREAT idea to wear this in the cold months.
