This Jacket was a winner with the wife! She loves it! It's got all the pockets you would ever need and is extremely well made and warm even before turning on the warming feature which is awesome and will be very useful when outside for long periods of time! This will make a great cold weather jacket for any lady on your Holiday list this year!

It fits perfect, sizing is accurate so no need to size up plus it's very comfy. I really appreciate the adjustable drawstring around the waist so you can customize the fit a bit. The cuffs are adjustable as well which really helps keep the cold wind from getting in. The battery charged up quickly and I was impressed how fast the jacket heated up. It has plenty of pockets to hold keys, my phone, etc. with room to spare! The hood is a bit large but that's okay as it allows plenty of room for a hat.

I would give this 10 stars if I could and I am actually looking forward to winter 😁.

Nice but had to reorder different size

It was a beautiful jacket but it did heat in all areas as it was supposed to. I returned it and got another one and that to did not heat in all areas. The first one the arms didn't heat and the second one the back didn't heat. If it worked right it would have definitely been a 5 star.

This jacket kept me warm and cozy throughout the cold months we experienced this year. Whether I was out for a walk or running errands, it provided reliable comfort and protection from the chill. Its quality and performance made the winter season much more enjoyable.

I have one and love it. I bought this one for my mother. She thought it was too small but it just fit so I am keeping it. Small fits her perfect 5'2" 120. Mine is a med 5'6"135. Both are great for those cold ball game nights they are not heavy look like nice coats stylish and waterproof .I bought my Da in Law one too.

After they replaced the coat, it worked GREAT my wife absolutely loves this coat! Only issue I have with it is how long it take the battery to charge other than that it is a wonderful coat and looks great

Love this jacket…Just received and haven’t even open it yet but am so excited to do so…looking forward to playing in the snow and or using it on cold nights at the track…(which is what I initially bought it for…Only draw back I feel could make this a superior jacket is dual pockets as I like a slide in side pocket and a drawstring added for fur hood, which by the CC way the fur is so soft to the touch it tickles your face…Absolutely love and definitely highly recommend…it’ll keep you warm for certain…excellent value and fairly light weigh for carrying…Enjoy!!!!

it's a cute coat. the only part that works is the upper back and it gets so hot it's burning my upper back. the front doesnt get warm at all. I am disappointed since its been so cold this winter.update. I did some research and found that I'd you rub the areas of the coat where the lines go and have a heating element it may unkink any lines. the pocket elements do not seem to get very warm but its better than it was. the heating element at the top back sits right across my shoulders when is where the hottest part is but it was only the left side that was getting hot. rubbing the area did help get the other side to warm up.I got to use this in 20 degree weather for 1.5 houra yesterday and the coat helped keep the heat in and keep me warm which is what I needed!

After owning this coat for about a month, I absolutely love this jacket! I run cold all the time, and during the recent Midwest cold snap, this jacket kept me warm while still letting me get out of the house. On the highest heat setting, the battery lasts about 3 hours, which has been perfect for most outdoor activities. If you plan to be outside longer, I’d recommend picking up an extra battery. I’m already looking forward to using this for fall football games.It is pretty stylish. I like the green color best, and it is true to my size. It is generally waterproof, and I've worn it out in snow/sleet multiple times without getting wet, although I don't know how it would hold up in a downpour. The battery is a little bulky, but that's to be expected with this kind of battery life! One complaint I have is that the button/cuffs around the end of the sleeves sometimes pop open for no reason, which is just a slight inconvenience.I had a minor issue with some stitching coming loose, but customer service was excellent. They responded quickly and offered a replacement right away. It was reassuring to know the company stands behind its product. With the company and Amazon customer service, you can be confident in your purchase!Overall, I highly recommend this jacket. It works well, keeps you warm, and comes with responsive customer support. It looks like a regular jacket with lots of pockets and a hidden button to turn the jacket on/off on the inside. Good quality heated jacket and decent pricing!

I love my heater coat is warm. So can someone said how do it do if you wash it

It was -55 with the windchill today and I was sweating. I had two layers underneath my jacket and the jacket on high with the hood up. SO WARM!! I was so thankful! I didn't venture out much, but I still had to work and get to the grocery store. This jacket is amazing. One flaw or con I should say, is the battery. It weighs a ton, drains fast, and takes about 8 hours to charge completely. But otherwise, it's great!

Received the jacket for Christmas. Warm all over and very functional. Be careful with the pocket buttons, one of my broke after first use. Will be reaching out to vendor about getting a replacement.

Best jacket I have ever had! The winters in New England are brutal, and this has definitely changed the game for me. I seriously cannot recommend this enough. Not only is it super toasty, but I also get compliments on how nice it looks too. No issues with the battery or charging-- I just plug it in overnight and make sure to remember to grab it in the morning. The digital output for the battery percentage is helpful.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. I just wish I had not sized up. It's definitely true to size. I get so many compliments on the look alone. Then they see that it's heated and are extra wowed 😯 it's fluffy, comfy, super warm. I love it

After wearing it only 3x’s the battery expanded open in the pocket! I was not wearing it at that time. When I called customer service they were fantastic! They refunded my money and sent me a new updated battery. The customer service on both ends, Amazon and Graphene were wonderful and responded quickly!

It would be a 5 but sometime you have to disconnect and reconnect the battery for the coat to turn on.
