This heated jacket was a great item to have during my trip to New York. This is a life saver. I live in New England, and it gets cold up here. It is warm, the buttons are nice, the hood is very soft and comfortable, and it seems easy to wash. I got the maroon/darker red color and it is actually pretty close to the image. I sized up one size (I normally am a women’s XL but got XXL) and am glad I did. The fit around the torso is perfect and it’s slightly longer than my waist which provides great coverage. The zippers are perfectly fine and I haven’t had issues. It is pretty good for the wind as well. It is hefty in terms of weight, but not uncomfortable. It’s a winter jacket, as expected. My ONLY issue is that you have to replug the power bank every single time you want to turn it on.

First off the original jacket I received had a rip on the inside seam of the sleeve customer service was amazing and corrected the issue very quickly and without an issues! Best customer service I’ve had in a long time!! Now the coat…very warm even without the heat on kind on the heavier side weight wise but it is so worth it! I do find I typically have to unplug the batter and plug it back in after it sits for a while plugged in unused it the coat and as much as it is a pain to do so I’d like to think it’s a good battery saver! Pockets could be a bit deeper but obviously not anything to really complain about over all a fantastic purchase worth every penny! Super cozy and warm but I would suggest sizing up one size but these days that seems typical of online ordering and I don’t mind when it’s worth the price!!

I love my boat however I’ll start with the negative first. One big one is that I washed it as directed and all the stuffing went to one side of the coat. I can’t get it back to the other side. I wish it had more heating spots. It seems to need one more for your lower back. Those are my only complaint everything else is perfect. The fit is great. It’s very flattering. I’m petite 5’1” I weigh 127 lbs. I ordered a medium and to fits perfect. This coat is super warm even without the heating function on. I love the fur collar. I feel it’s a bit pricy but isn’t everything nowadays?

Amazing. I just want to say that I am amazed with this coat. I live in Florida and I'm getting ready to travel to Chicago and Minnesota next month (February)and I am cold in nature and I was afraid that I was going to freeze so I got this coat and I tried it on and heats up perfectly.I am in LOVE ❤️. Recommendations suggested a large but I sized up and the coat feels a little big but that's okay. This coat is padded. I can feel the heat throughout the entire jacket. I am not going to suffer. Thank you ❤️🥰

Very attractive coat, well made, well insulated, very warm.... In fact, my wife will only run it on the low setting which is a surprise because Chicago winters just keep her cold all the time!

I’m 5ft 1.5 in and 110-115#. I got a burgundy small. It fits and looks great. The heater works good. Sometimes I just sit on the couch with it on my lap. My cat loves it too😻.

Update: seller refunded the jacket in full. I ordered a battery separately. The jacket worked great and kept me warm.Loved the Jacket style and fit. The battery was missing from the package. I planned to use this for an upcoming trip however, it’s useless without a battery.

If you wear a large get XL. Jacket is bulky so if you don't like snug you'll want to go up two sizes. Jacket is warm even without the battery pack. Heat isn't like the neck warmers, it's a slight warmth.
