Bought this as a gift for my mom who is ALWAYS cold and she loves it especially in doctors offices because she sees lots of different doctorsShe is able to stay warm and be comfortable while waiting long periods in a Dr office

It works great except it won’t start without unplugging it. The first two days I could start it using the button than the button stops working to start it. I returned one because on that, I returned it and got a new one and the second one did the same thing.

This is a must-have for the winter months. It is cozy, cute (in my opinion anyway), and user-friedly. Oh, and did I mention warm???? When fully charged this puts off an impressive amount of heat that will keep you as warm as possibly when you are outside, braving the winter elements This would make an excellent Christmas gift!

It definitely gets warm but it is only in an area of about 6 inches centered on the back of the neck. This scarf is nice and soft against the skin. I like that you don't have to tie it because it has a slot on one side to put the other side through. Having the 3 different settings is nice. For me the high seeing is a bit too warm but it's great for getting the temp up quickly. It really doesn't take long for you to feel the heat. The battery pack can be used as a traditional battery pack if you want. My only real gripe is that the heating area is small for my tastes. Even if it couldn't get as hot I would love to see the warm area be at least 50% the length of the scarf.

This heated scarf feels very comfortable and has a nice quality. Even without the heating function on, it's still a high-quality scarf. The heat it provides is gentle and pleasant, and the battery is lightweight, so it doesn't feel bulky. I think it's a very well-designed winter product.Since it hasn't gotten very cold yet, I can't speak to its performance in truly frigid weather, but so far, I'm very satisfied with it.

Really easy to use and charge. Adjustable for level of heat and you can reset if the heat dies out. Not only is it cozy and warm but it looks cute too. Uses a universal usb/usb-c charger so it’s easy to charge wherever you are. Little zipper pocket to hold the battery and easy to remove and put back in. Only issue I had was turning it off, the light takes a while to turn off after shutting it down.

Love this scarf! It is so warm and cozy. The winds get bad here in the winter and go right down the back of my neck. I have already charged the battery and used it with night temperatures down to 40F to try it out. Works great to throw on to take the dog out for a walk at 5:30am. I love anything that heats up. This scarf is a neck warmer. It does not heat up all the way down. With that being said, it's fabulous! Plug in and away you go. Easy to charge on the usb-c plug. Battery life indicator is bright. Plug the battery in to the hidden pocket at the bottom of the scarf and press the button. 3 settings, low, medium and high. There is a snap at the bottom middle of the scarf or you can pull one side through the other. I find the scarf comfortable for long term wear. Will be fun for cold weather activities. The battery pack does not feel noticeable as I'm running around. I LOVE THIS SCARF!

Awesome concept! This scarf is definitely made with quality materials, and is so soft, fluffy, comfortable, and warm even without the heat element on….There is a nice zippered pocket that houses the removable, rechargeable battery. My only complaint is that t is HOT! Even the lowest setting is a bit much for me, and it seems to be concentrated on a small area on your neck. I wish the heated element extended throughout the scarf so heat can be felt on shoulder/clavicle. I love though that it’s dual purpose: keeping you warm in the winter, and heat therapy for sore neck.Excellent value!

This neck warmer scarf is the best! I have chronic neck pain and this neck warmer makes it very easy to address the pain without having to stop and use a massager. It is soft and pliable. It will also be useful on cold winter days even when I am not in pain. I like that it has a slot to put one side of the scarf through the other, so it stays in place securely.
