This is my first time purchasing a heated coat. It feels a little heavy with the battery pack but the coat is otherwise lightweight and keeps me warm. Its a nice jacket to wear even without the battery. Happy with my purchase.

I am super cold natured and had planned a trip to a winter festival. This jacket kept me warm the entire time. It does run small so I’d size up especially if you want to put a sweater under it.

Received as a present and I love this jacket. With three adjustable modes and a rechargeable battery, I am in love. It’s definitely toasty and just the right weight. If you’re wanting a bigger fit, I would size up. I haven’t been brave enough to wash it yet but I love this jacket and have gotten so many compliments!

I bought 2, one for each daughter. My one girl gets out of work at 3:30am and keeps her warm on way to car and while it warms up.
My other daughter works from home online. Her set up is down on lower floor where it is a little cooler and this jacket keeps her comfortable.

The item came looking like a return, thankfully it all worked as it should. The girlfriend works at the hospital and she's always cold in her unit. This helps alot to keep her toasty. Good product!

Warm zip up even without the heat, quality is there , size is what you would expect from a zip up. Small and that's what I would normally get.
Gets warm pretty quickly last long because I've just used low.
