This Jacket was a winner with the wife! She loves it! It's got all the pockets you would ever need and is extremely well made and warm even before turning on the warming feature which is awesome and will be very useful when outside for long periods of time! This will make a great cold weather jacket for any lady on your Holiday list this year!

It fits perfect, sizing is accurate so no need to size up plus it's very comfy. I really appreciate the adjustable drawstring around the waist so you can customize the fit a bit. The cuffs are adjustable as well which really helps keep the cold wind from getting in. The battery charged up quickly and I was impressed how fast the jacket heated up. It has plenty of pockets to hold keys, my phone, etc. with room to spare! The hood is a bit large but that's okay as it allows plenty of room for a hat.

I would give this 10 stars if I could and I am actually looking forward to winter 😁.

Love the coat. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to activate the heat. I wish the directions were more explicit. Thank Goodness for Utube.

Love, love, love this coat! This heated coat is a miracle. The fit is as expected, the heater works very nicely, it has a great little pocket for the battery and lasts for quite a while. I particularly love the placement of the neck heater, it keeps me toasty while we are outside with friends in the cold. I've lived in the tropics for 20 years, so Texas winters are new for me - this coat is a lifesaver! Its also so much less expensive than non-heating coats you see in the stores - I am not sure why, but I'm keeping this one!

This coat is warm even without the heat.

I especially like that it wraps around my neck, and there is also heat in the neck.

I had difficulty turning it on, so I emailed the company. They were quick to respond, and their instructions worked perfectly. I thought their directions might help someone else:

1. **Charge the Battery:**
- Make sure the battery is fully charged.

2. **Connect Battery to Jacket:**
- Using a round plug to connect the battery to the jacket heats best.
- Press the power button on the battery.

3. **Indicator Lights:**
- The jacket's light will blink and then turn off.
- The battery's light may also turn off.
*The jacket light is a square with the letter “G” on the jacket itself.

4. **Activate Heating:**
- Long-press the jacket's power button until the indicator light turns red.
- The battery's indicator light will also illuminate.

5. **Adjust Temperature:**
- Short-press the jacket's power button to adjust the temperature setting.

6. **Turn Off:**
- Long-press the jacket's power button until the lights turn off.
- Disconnect the battery from the jacket, and the battery will automatically turn off.

This jacket keeps me so warm without even turning on the heater.
When I do turn on the heater, it heats up fast and simple to toggle the heat temperature on the inside of the jacket. Lots of pockets . I

My first delivery had a short, I was so scared I’d made a poor choice and that was all this coat was going to be. I requested an exchange, expecting it to be a lengthy process but I had my replacement in 4 days. You can’t drop this off at an exchange site because of the battery but UPS came and got it promptly. This is my 3rd heated jacket in as many years and I believe this is my favorite. At first I wondered if the heat panels would be as good as the wires and yes, they are. The outer shell is wonderful material, easy to wipe off (my dogs hair sticks to everything) The hood is removable as is the fur piece which will help it maintain a decent shape even through washing. The customer service was obviously top notch. I couldn’t be happier with my coat! Thank you!

Everyone in my family has at least 1 heated jacket or vest, that is how much we like heated clothes. Just make sure you charge your batteries. Once you experience the comfort of a heated jacket it is hard to go back to a cold jacket.

This is a nice jacket overall. The feel, the finished quality, the stitching etc. is all good.

There are 3 heat levels, that allow you dial in your warmth level. Generally we start on high, get nice and warm then dial it down to low. That seems work in all but the coldest weather and gives hours of battery life (when fully charged).

Really I only have 2 issues with the jacket and that is you must turn the nice sized battery on by pushing the button first before you can push the on button on the jacket. On every other heated jacket pushing the heat on button is the only thing you need to do. So at first my daughter had to open the zippered battery compartment on the inside of the jacket and find the button and zip it back up. Then turn the jacket on. Now she can find the button through the material. The second issue is the on button is inside of the jacket, so you have to unzip a little to turn on.

Overall a great jacket.

There is literally nothing to dislike about this product. I wore to my sons game and it was perfect. My uncle was cold and he is in his 80s ended up taking my jacket off having a sweatshirt on underneath and giving my jacket to my uncle so that he could stay warm. He loves it I love it I am now going to be taking it to the snow with me.

Pros: This is the 4th heated jacket we've tried and it's our favorite for a variety of reasons. 1) It is pretty lightweight for a heated jacket, mainly because the coils are smaller. 2) It changes temperatures fast so it heats up fast and also changes between the other temperatures quickly. 3) The hottest setting gets really hot, especially on the skin of your neck. 4) The button is on the inside so you don't walk around with an exterior light on. 5) It doesn't shock you or have any static which I know sounds weird but that has been an issue with other heated products. 6) It fits pretty true to size (I'm 5'4" 125 lbs and got a medium). 7) It comes with a laundry bag to better care for it.

Cons: There are not normal side pockets for your hands to go which is a real bummer to me. The cinching mechanism doesn't stay in place very well either. Also, there are no heating elements in the arms which we would have liked. No heated jacket has it all, but this one is dang good.

I started wearing this jacket for a few weeks now and completely forgot it had a heating function, LOL! Without the heater the jacket is very warm and comfortable. It is the perfect size for me without being too long or too tight from all the "fluff". The one day last week we had some seriously strong and cold winds that is unusual for my area. This blocked all the wind. Like, all of it. With the hood up and fully snapped and zipped I was completely warm and comfortable.

There are a bunch of pockets in this jacket that are actually large enough to be useable. I can fit my keys, my wallet, AND my cell phone in the same pocket! When I need to run out quick I don't even take my purse, I just throw what I need in my pockets and go. The left side has a zipped pocket at the top both outside and inside that also fits a cellphone easily. I put my sunglasses on the outside and my phone inside. Plenty of space.

Finally, let's talk about the heater. I had taken the battery pack out to charge it when I first received this jacket, charged it, and forgot about it. (ADHD at its best!) It took a little while for me to figure it out, but once I got it on and working it was night and day. It warms up so fast you start to feel the heat almost instantly. That is honestly how I figured out the controls. There are 3 levels of heat you can choose between. The neck and lower back have heating coils that warm up those areas. It looks like there are 2 more sections on the lower front based on the picture, but I didn't feel much from those. Trust me, the back ones were plenty.

You will want to charge up the battery fully before using it. There are indicator lights that glow white to tell you what level the battery is currently at. It stops charging when it is full. On the left side of the jacket in the inside there is pocket on the bottom that holds the battery. The cords are sewn into the jacket but there is enough room to easily plug it in. The cords also have a silicone cover so the end of the plug doesn't get messed up when not in use. Push that right into the top of the battery and then press the power button. All the white lights will come on. Now, still on the left but at the neck there is a button that looks like a tag. Press and hold for a few seconds and it will turn red. Red is the warmest setting, white is the middle, and blue is the lowest setting. Each press will shift it from red to white to blue and back to red again. Press and hold again to turn it off. The button will no longer be lit and the jacket is off. I have been turning off the battery as well, but not sure if you need to.

This is the longest review I think I have ever typed. If you stuck with me this long, then my overall opinion is 5 stars both with and without the heater on. With it is beyond amazing because I really hate being cold. With it off the jacket still blocks out the cold and the wind and keeps me comfortable. Easily 5 stars, don't change a thing!

Our daughter loves this jacket. The removable hood, the fit, multiple pockets and the style are all pluses to her for a cold weather jacket. It is well made with sturdy zippers and snaps and has an adjustable drawstring for the waist. While she hasn't had a chance to wear it in cold weather and can't vouch for how long the battery lasts, the rechargeable heating elements quickly heat up when turned on. It only takes seconds for the heated areas to feel warm to the touch. There are six heated areas including the neck area with overall high, medium and low temperature settings. This should keep her warm during the upcoming frigid midwestern winter days. It is made with a durable looking weather resistant material. A small instruction booklet is included, but it took me longer than normal to realize that the rubber "G" tag inside near the collar was the actual control button. The battery fits into a zippered inside pocket where the cord to connect it is. I have never owned a heated jacket, but one negative and probably unavoidable, is the extra weight due to the battery unit. Also, the plug to connect the coat to the battery is very tight and takes a lot of pressure to insert it. Other than that we are very satisfied with this coat.

I got this for my wife and she has really been enjoying it. She said is is very cozy and comfortable. It did take her a little bit to figure out how to get the jacket to turn on, but once she did she was very happy with it. The fake fur lined hood looks a little bit rough to me. Kinda of like fur taken from road kill or something. The fur just doesn't look like what's in the pictures I saw, but it's not hideous or anything. One other minor complaint is the size of the battery. I have other heated vest and jackets and they use a slimmer battery than this one. It is pretty bulky and feels like a small brick. I would like to have seen a slimmer shape for comfort.

I cannot wait until it’s so cold outside only so I can wear this awesome coat lol it is amazing quality and it warms up very quickly. They only thing that I can say I didn’t like is that it was a little confusing to figure out was how to turn the heat on because I had connected the battery to the wrong connector on the jacket, it has two connectors one is a usb and the other one I don’t know the name of but it is not the usb one you have to connect it’s the other one and the little booklet did not specify. But I figured it out and it worked amazing !
