Soft scarf. I returned it for another color.

My granddaughter goes to college in North Arkansas and frequently walks to class. I gave her this scarf for Christmas. She has been using it daily. She loves it! It keeps her warm while walking, hiking and at Hockey games. The shipping was fast and the color pink is pretty.

Received the scarf just before Christmas. I was pleased with the quality and turn around on the order. Being a late decision I was worried it may not arrive in time. The company was on top of things and had the order processed and shipped quickly.With the cold winter spell we had the recipient of the scarf was grateful for the warmth, but a little discouraged by the long charge time compared to the short usage time. She wore the scarf on the medium setting and even tried the low setting without much success.Contacting customer support they were very informative and helpful, and quickly replaced the battery. The new battery is working well.I am usually disappointed by companies after sales support. But here we have a quality product and a support staff ready to assist to make sure your experience with the product is a good one.Highly recommend the company and the product.

I am so excited about this heated scarf. I'm a teacher and have to be outside for recess duty and this is great. Heats up and keeps me warm on those cold days I have to be outside. Love the scarf.

Purchased this item for a Christmas present for my wife and she loves it. We had a couple issues with the battery and shedding. Wrote to the manufacturer late at night and had a response early the next morning - I was shocked. Real Customer Service. They needed purchase information which I was able to provide from my Amazon order. And guess what, in about 3 days I had a replacement scarf, and they didn't even want the old one returned!!!!!!! Talk about Customer Service. These guys knocked it out of the park. All I can say is WOW. Definitely a company to do business with again,

This scarf really keeps you nice n warm

I bought 4 scarves for my nieces and nephews and they all loved them! My niece took her scarf to her trip to Tahoe and she said it kept her warmed and that she loved the pink color. My eldest nephew recently moved to NY and was excited to wear his. I personally liked the quality of the scarves! Overall, a great gift.

Pros:It keeps the back of the neck warm. The fabric is of good quality, not a cheap type that piles. It has a good amount of fabric, enough to generously cover the chest after wrapping the scarf around. Comes with a power bank that lasts longer than competitors'. The power bank pocket is inconspicuous, with all the wiring hidden inside.Cons:The weighted side that has a power bank in the pocket keeps sliding and needs constant fixing.You can put the power bank elsewhere and connect it with a cable as a solution. I'd prefer a larger heated area.

I absolutely love this heated scarf a lo. It��s very soft and comfortable to wear. It��s very easy to keep it charged., there��s a plug inside the pocket of the scarf that you plugged the charge battery into very simple and not very heavy.And it comes with a wire to choose to charge the battery.This is something I��ve been looking for for a number of years and I��m just love it, especially now when we��re getting very cold weather
