Bought for 97-yr-old arthritic mother who is cold all the time. Fits her well, and is easy enough for her to put on by herself, even with limited arm mobility. She likes that she can put it on and move about and still have her warmth without having to drag around a heating pad that requires her to be close to an electrical outlet to use. She said that it heats much better than her standard heating pad, in fact, she could not use it as long as she did her heating pad. But, she can simply leave it around her neck even without the heat on for warmth, very comfortable, nicely made. She does, however, require a bit of help with recharging.

Was a gift for my brother that walks to work in the cold. He said it was very soft, kept his neck warm even on the lowest setting. So far he has no complaints. It is a little short, but that’s on me for not paying attention to length description.

It was made well and heated as described but I needed a closer fit for my neck.

Definitely not long lasting as the battery just does not last. Have another similar scarf that lasts twice as long with a battery only slightly larger. And this only gets warm in a narrow area, not the entire scarf.But the company took care of the problem and that is why it now gets 5 stars. Wish all companies customer service as good as Wulcea. Bought this for my husband. I have a heated vest and deep down I know he’s jealous of it but he wouldn’t wear one. I know he will wear this bc it isn’t big and bulky. He can also wear it at home when he gets cold bc he’s super cold natured. Good quality, looks easy to function and use. Great value for the money. Should provide him all the warmth and comfort he needs.

I’m a classical singer and I want to protect my voice, especially in the winter. Actually, I ordered one and it didn’t work at all. I contacted the company via WhatsApp (I scanned the customer service card) and told them the problem. They sent me a new one, which arrived only 2 days later. The new scarf worked IMMEDIATELY!!!It’s super warm and soft. Unless I’m freezing, to make the battery last longer, I keep it on Gentle, which provides enough warmth.I ordered pink, and it is lovely. But, if I were to order again, I think I’d order a more neutral color.

Wish I had bought this sooner. As soon as the temperature drops my muscles seize up and my neck suffers the most. Now with this I don't have to wait for my previous neck wrap to heat up in the microwave: this one is rechargable and the charge is long lasting. I wear it inside and when walking the dog. I got black so I can wear it with anything and it doesn't look like a heating pad. I would have paid more for it if I had to and I had known the high quality it is.

This heated scarf is awesome. I ordered it and it came the next day. I work outside and a coworker recommended it. Today I put the battery in and left it on the high setting and it felt wonderful!!!!! It was 30 degrees out today d this scarf kept me warm and I needed it for my arthritic neck. It fits great very snug and is very light weight. Highly recommended.

This is an absolute must have for anyone who gets cold easily or works outdoors. We're moving to Maine so I got one for my BF to wear when he working on outside stuff. They're really warm.

The scarf is warm. Even on the highest setting it's not so warm as to be uncomfortable. Although wearing a scarf, I recomend still wearing a coat to pull the collar around your neck to be warm and sunggly. The scarf is made of soft material so it did not irritate my skin. Although the battery is in the scarf, it's not so heavy as to make it uncomfortable or hurt when wearing the scarf for an extended period of time. As a sidenote, if you find yourself needing to charge your phone in a pinch (raises hand) the battery works great for that also!

Love this scarf! It’s the perfect size and very comfortable. This scarf puts out a lot of heat so I’m looking forward to wearing it every time I go outside this winter. I’ve even been wearing it inside now and then because it feels so good on my neck.

The rechargeable battery pack is not bulky, or too heavy for the scarf. I live at the beach where a heated scarf isn’t really a need, but rather a cozy nice to have. Let me tell you, I was impressed. It heated up quickly, the high setting was comfortable and not overly hot. It is easy to wear (just slide one end through the hole). It is machine washable after you remove the battery pack. I can’t tell you how long a battery pack charge lasts yet since it is fall here and the weather is still pretty warm (I am still in shorts!). However, the scarf did arrive 50% charged according to the battery indicator of that means anything. I plan to use this outside when weather cools down or even in the house when my neck is a bit sore. It came nicely boxed, so it would make a good gift. If I had to get nit-picky and find a con, it was that it was a bit short on me. However, I can live with that.
